We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor (Nightshift) to join the project team with an expected commencement date of May 2024.

• 14/7 roster, night shift only.

• Short commute and home each night for Darwin locals.

• FIFO - Flights provided from most regional/major airports + accommodation + meals.

Your focus will include:

• Covering nightshift safety during dredging operations.

• Ensuring the HSSE procedures and manuals, in consultation with the HSSE Manager, are fully compliant with the company and project requirements.

• Ensuring HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel are conducted as required.

• Ensuring safety equipment / PPE is readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements.

• Prepare agendas for safety meetings and toolbox meetings as required.

What you will bring to the team

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Exposure to working on large scale construction projects or mining operations.

• Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated commitment and proactive approach to site safety processes and practices.
