Connecting through innovation - Webuild is a proud sponsor of World Science Festival Brisbane, and as part of this year’s Festival, we took part in Study Queensland’s Innovation Challenge. 

This dynamic experience brought together industry and government professionals and tertiary students to tackle real‑world business challenges, this year exploring how Queensland’s science organisations can better showcase the impact of their work to the world. 

Students worked in interdisciplinary teams with organisations to co-design creative, practical solutions, tailored to real business needs, and we were incredibly impressed by the depth of insight, collaboration and problem-solving on display. 

Thank you to everyone involved in delivering such a fantastic event. It was an inspiring example of the impact our industry can have when we invest in build skills, connections and career pathways for the next generation.
