Woodman Point’s largest concrete pour - Clough, as part of Integrate Alliance with Water Corporation and Jacobs, is delivering Western Australia’s largest and most advanced wastewater treatment upgrade at the Woodman Point Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). The team has just completed its largest concrete pour for the project, a major step forward for this transformational project. This slab sets the foundation for the Final Dewatering and Loadout Facility.

Check it out the time-lapse video here.

The pour at a glance:

  • 440 m³ of concrete

  • 150 t of reinforcement

  • 8-hour continuous pour from 1am to 9am

Thanks to exceptional planning and collaboration across Integrate Alliance and TNE, the pour was executed safely and seamlessly, a huge credit to everyone involved.

This critical upgrade is increasing the facility’s capacity and improving energy self-sufficiency through enhanced biosolid and biogas recovery. Once complete, the Woodman Point WRRF will support almost 900,000 people across Perth and set a new benchmark for sustainable infrastructure as WA continues to grow.
