Today is the International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT), marking the removal of homosexuality from the WHO Classification of Diseases in 1990.
 
In an Australian first for a construction project, the Spark North East Link Tunnels D&C team has adopted purple PPE on site, an initiative that symbolises respect, inclusion and belonging.
