Making a lasting impact - The Spark North East Link Tunnels D&C team proudly celebrated three major wins at the 2025 CCF Victoria People & Training Awards.

These awards recognise excellence in training, social impact, and leadership across the civil construction industry.

Congratulations to Coby Weetra for Social Procurement Excellence, Georgia Kitchell as Trainee of the Year, and key project partner Pathway Plumbing Service as Training Employer of the Year for their work on the Willan Program. Incredible work by everyone involved.

About Spark Joint Venture

The Spark North East Link Design & Construct Joint Venture is delivering the North East Link Program’s primary package (North East Link Tunnels) for the Victorian Government.

The project includes 6.5km of three-lane twin road tunnels to provide the missing transport link between the M80 and the Eastern Freeway, taking 15,000 trucks off local roads every day and reducing travel times by up to 35 minutes for commuters.
