This role supports the delivery of the Christchurch Men's Prison Redevelopment Project, a significant infrastructure programme being delivered by the Southern Renewal Partners Consortium, comprising Webuild Leight Joint Venture and key project partners.
The project involves the renewal and expansion of critical correctional infrastructure, supporting the long-term needs of New Zealand's justice system through the delivery of modern, high-quality facilities and associated infrastructure.

About the Role
Based in Templeton, Christchurch and reporting to the QSSHE Director, the Quality and Systems Manager will provide leadership across project quality assurance and quality control functions, while overseeing the work of a QA/QC Inspector.
You will be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the project's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with contractual, client and regulatory requirements. Working closely with project leadership, construction teams and consortium partners, you will drive quality performance, continuous improvement and transparent reporting throughout project delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive quality leader with significant experience managing quality systems on large-scale construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
You will be highly organised, solutions-focused and confident building strong relationships across client, contractor and project stakeholder groups.
