Our Intern Program provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in their field of study and prepare them for graduate employment.

The Intern Program runs for 12 weeks during the university end of year break, and involves hands-on experience in your chosen discipline. Many of our talented interns go on to qualify for the Graduate Program.

We’re looking for students who enjoy exploring new ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and taking ownership of their work. If you’re keen to learn, willing to challenge yourself, and excited by real‑world impact, you’ll feel right at home here.

Entry requirements:

  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or visa holder with full working rights in Australia
  • Be prepared to travel to remote sites
  • Be keen to develop a career within the construction industry
  • Studying a degree that is relevant to the roles we are offering

In addition, you will be in your third year or pen-ultimate year of study within one of the following fields/disciplines:

Our interns enjoy:

  • A structured twelve‑week program, with opportunities for local and/or regional placements
  • Hands‑on, on‑the‑job experience working on real projects
