Darwin Ship Lift Milestone Update - Clough BMD Group Joint Venture is making waves at the Darwin Ship Lift Facility, with several major construction activities now under way.

• Successful lowering of the first caisson template, paving the way for sheet pile driving operations to begin to start building the seawalls for the facility

• Dredging works have now reached the halfway point, marking a key milestone for the project.

About the Project

Clough BMD Joint Venture is delivering the procurement and construction for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift Facility in partnership with the Northern Territory Government. The Facility will enable the maintenance and servicing of Defence and Australian Border Force vessels, along with commercial and private vessels from the fishing, oil & gas and marine industries.
