Our Saipem Clough Joint Venture (SCJV) team recently celebrated NAIDOC Week in partnership with Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation (MAC), recognising this year’s theme, “Fifty Years of Deadly.”
 
The event provided a meaningful opportunity for our workforce to connect with the spirit of NAIDOC Week and celebrate the rich cultures, histories and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. With the support of MAC Director Vincent Adams, the team gained valuable cultural insights before learning about the preparation and significance of traditional foods, including kangaroo stew and kangaroo tail, guided by MAC Members Renee Wally and Rodney Adams.
 
Team members were invited to sample the traditional dishes, creating an opportunity to learn, connect and deepen their appreciation of Aboriginal culture, knowledge and traditions. A massive thank you to the Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation for this meaningful experience.
