Inspiring the next generation of changemakers! We were proud to sponsor the 2026 Inspiring Girls Careers Forum, hosted by the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of WA at Optus Stadium. 
 
The event brought together more than 200 female secondary school students for a day of learning, exploration and connection, providing valuable insight into the many opportunities available across the resources, engineering and construction sectors. 
 
Jody Kershaw, Elizabeth Dann and Nada Mekled represented Webuild, joining the students to participate in speed careering sessions, hands-on activities and discussions about careers in STEM. 
 
Supporting initiatives like the Inspiring Girls Careers Forum reflects our commitment to building a more inclusive future and empowering more young women to pursue careers in STEM and construction.
