Mobilisation Administrator

The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world. 

Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.

Purpose of the Role

The Mobilisation Administrator supports the mobilisation team to ensure the smooth and compliant mobilisation of the FGJV workforce as well as subcontractors to the Snowy 2.0 work fronts.

Qualifications

  • Driver license
  • White Card

Experience

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Experience working in the construction industry - preferred
  • Previous experience in compliance – preferred

Required Competencies

  • Knowledge in the application of HR/IR systems and processes
  • Strong initiative and proactive nature
  • Key collaborative skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presenting
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Record attendance of personnel for inductions.
  • Process mobilisation requests and ensure compliance on project requirements, including:
    • Reviewing tickets, licences and qualifications in line with role requirements.
    • Review National Police Checks.
    • Reviewing pre-employment medicals.
    • Entering personnel compliance data.
    • Updating compliance in relevant systems.
    • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and inputting data.
    • Maintaining e-filing of all personnel documentation.
    • Sending induction confirmations.
    • Communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilise project-based systems for mobilisation and site access.
  • Generate weekly access reports.
  • Coordinate the shared mobilisation inbox.
  • Order personal protective equipment for inductees.
  • Ensure adherence to all HSE policies and procedures.
