We are seeking an experienced Senior HSSE Advisor to work within our HSSE team for this project! Working on a roster of 15 days on, 6 days off, we ideally are seeking someone living in Darwin.

Your focus will include:
Delivering a project in accordance with the Project's Target Zero objectives of zero harm to people, community and environment
Advocating compliance with the project HSSE Management System and drive site wide implementation of all activities relating to the Project Target Zero objectives
Supporting HSSE Manager in the development, implementation, monitoring and revision of the HSSE Management Systems
Maintaining site safety data and statistics
Coordinating and conducting workplace audits, inspections and risk assessments
Coach and mentor other HSSE Advisors, Officers and Administrators
What you will bring to the team
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role preferred
Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
Interpretation and application of relevant HSE Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
Problem solving, interpretation, reasoning, and judgement skills with an ability to identify and solve complex problems
Previous completion of audits and risk assessments
