Webuild has been a Visionary Investor of the Future Female Leaders Program since 2025, helping young women across Western Australia build confidence, leadership skills and purpose through mentoring and hands-on learning.
 
As part of our partnership, we were excited to have Lucinda Hooper, Electrical Engineer, and Jody Kershaw, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, and mentor in the Program, participate in the Future Female Leaders STEM & Innovation Day Panel Event.
 
Lucinda joined an incredible panel of inspirational women, sharing her career journey in STEM. Her valuable insights offered students a glimpse into the world of engineering and construction, and the opportunities, challenges and rewards of working in the industry.
