Clough is proud to announce it has placed within the Top 50 Intern Programs in Australia in the Australian Association of Graduate Employers’ (AAGE) annual survey.

AAGE conducts an annual survey of interns who have been part of a formal internship, clerkship, or work placement program. The survey asks interns to rate their employer against various criteria including culture, values, training, work content, access to senior management, feedback and social life. The combined ratings are then used to place each company.

Over 1,800 interns took part in the 2023 AAGE Intern Survey, and Clough placed 29th.

Peter Bennett, Clough CEO said: “We are delighted with the recognition for our Clough Intern Program. To solve the challenges of tomorrow we need more diverse thinkers, innovators, and technological minds to enter our industry and develop these new solutions. Clough is committed to supporting the next generation of young professionals to build that much-needed pipeline of talent, and a well-structured intern program is critical.”

One of the AAGE’s key objectives is to promote excellence in the industry. Being on this list advocates Clough’s internship program to prospective university students, providing them with unique insights about our program using previous interns’ experience.
