Commissioning Manager

Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Commissioning Manager to join our remote project team! In this role, you will ensure installation testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning scopes of work are identified, planned and executed per project requirements.

Your focus will include:

  • Direct Supervision of the Commissioning Team for planning and site execution phases.

  • Develop commissioning philosophies and methods that minimise risk to safety, the environment, assets and production.

  • Ensure all commissioning documentation and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all Commissioning personnel are adequately trained / inducted for the work required and have required competencies.

  • Ensure all Company statutory permits and approvals are identified and implemented prior to commencement of work.

  • Provide strategic and proactive resolutions to issues identified relating to Commissioning requirements.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent

  • Highly developed communication skills to motivate, inspire and persuade.

  • Attention to detail, and a strong client focus, drive to achieve outcomes!

  • Knowledge of HSE and statutory requirements, including safety case, risk assessment and mitigation processes such as HAZID and HAZOP.

  • At least 10 years’ experience in offshore and onshore oil and gas, project engineering, construction and commissioning.

  • Experience working within a project management environment!
