Clough offers industry-leading gender-neutral parental leave entitlements to support a healthy balance between work and family life for all people, as well as encourage shared caring responsibilities amongst all parents. 

Our Parental Leave entitlements include:

  • Secondary caregiver parental leave provision up to 3 weeks
  • Payment of superannuation on the unpaid portion of parental leave up to 36 weeks
  • Our Keep in Touch Program that supports new parents
  • 10 paid Keep in Touch Days
  • No eligibility period to qualify for parental leave
  • Claim period of 24 months from the birth or adoption of a child
  • Parental leave entitlements for stillbirth and surrogacy
