First Australian edition of Webuild's Project Team Foundations!

Last week in Perth, we brought together 90 team members from across our projects and functions for three days of learning, collaboration and connection.

Webuild’s Project Team Foundations is designed to bring our people together, strengthen our common ways of working and create a shared understanding of how we work as one team.

Through functional deep dives, practical discussions, experiential activities and a Business Game, participants learned not only about our processes and systems, but from the knowledge, experience and perspectives of the people around them.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants highlighting the value of building stronger connections across our business and learning from colleagues with different experiences and perspectives.

A big thank you to everyone who participated, presented, facilitated, travelled and contributed and to the team behind the scenes who made it all possible.
