Celebrating one year of our RAP - this time last year, we proudly launched our third Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

Since then, it has guided positive change across our organisation and strengthened our relationships within the community. As we mark one year of progress, we reflect with pride on the meaningful strides we’ve made.

Explore how we’re working to build a brighter future for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in our RAP Annual Report.

As we enter the second year of our RAP, with our parent company Webuild, we remain committed to deepening our impact. We are focused on listening, learning, and taking meaningful action to support equal participation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples across the nation-building projects we deliver.

About Our Reconciliation Journey

We are proudly delivering the third Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in our reconciliation journey.

We are committed to providing robust and accessible pathways for employment and business engagement for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, underpinned by meaningful education, training and development opportunities and long-standing community partnerships.

Since the commencement of our RAP journey in 2020, we have embedded 117 actions and initiatives to drive positive change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples by delivering employment, education, and business opportunities and providing our workforce with experiences to reflect on and immerse themselves in the world’s oldest continuing living cultures.
