Elevating leadership across Australia - We’ve just wrapped up another inspiring edition of the Webuild Managerial Academy with our Australia-based teams. Across four dynamic days, participants embraced a packed program of leadership development, from immersive seminars and collaboration-focused group activities to technical and functional deep dives, plus a business simulation that put their strategic thinking to the test.
