From Country to canvas! We commissioned Madeleine Edwards (of Jalani Media), a proud Jaru artist to create the artwork for our 2026-28 Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). The incredible piece, titled ‘Building Reconciliation Together,’ represents our commitment to creating lasting opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, businesses and communities across Australia.

“At its heart, the piece is about connection. It honours the relationships that make meaningful reconciliation possible - between teams, partners, suppliers, subcontractors and the wider community. It recognises the importance of walking alongside one another, sharing knowledge, listening, and building trust together.” – Madeleine Edward.
