Shaping Melbourne's future transport network! Momentum continues to build across the Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East Project, with major milestones achieved at both the Mount Waverley Emergency Support Facility and Glen Waverley sites.
At the Mount Waverley Emergency Support Facility, the team completed the installation of the first 84 ground anchors, commenced the second stage of excavation, and installed two stair units. Mount Waverley progress snapshot:

▪️ 100% of acoustic cladding installed
▪️ 100% of the acoustic shed roof installed
Meanwhile, at Glen Waverley, work continues to accelerate with the mobilisation of the second and third piling rigs. Glen Waverley progress snapshot:

▪️ 20,000 tonnes of crushed rock imported
▪️ Piling progressing, with 97 of 268 piles completed
Webuild, as part of the Terra Verde Joint Venture, is delivering almost 10 kilometres of parallel tunnels between the future Box Hill and Glen Waverley stations, along with 39 cross passages, two station boxes, two TBM launch sites, and an intervention and ventilation shaft for the Suburban Rail Loop East Project.
