Recognising Transgender Awareness Week - Last week, we were joined by Alyce Schotte from Pride in Diversity who led an insightful education session at our Perth office to help raise awareness of the issues facing the transgender, gender diverse and non-binary community.

The session explored binary and non-binary gender identities, gender affirmation, and the cultural factors shaping lived experiences. Our team gained confidence with inclusive terminology, learned practical ways to support colleagues, and reflected on the role each of us plays in creating a truly inclusive workplace.
