See More, Say More, Solve More - Last week, Webuild brought its Safety Excellence Forum to Sydney, continuing the conversation on strengthening our commitment to See More, Say More and Solve More when it comes to safety.

Following the recent Perth session, the Sydney forum brought together leaders and project teams from our East Coast operations to further reinforce the critical role leadership plays in building and sustaining a strong safety culture across complex infrastructure projects. 

Through open discussion and shared insights, the event highlighted the importance of consistency, accountability and visible leadership in driving safe outcomes.

The Safety Excellence Forum continues to strengthen safety leadership, encourage open conversations, and embed safe behaviours across all our projects.
