MATES supporting mates on Project Ceres - we’re proud to have recently had MATES in Construction on Project Ceres, delivering General Awareness and Connector training to our workforce.

More than 500 Saipem Clough Joint Venture staff and contractors took part in this training – a huge commitment to building a culture where looking out for one another is part of the job.

By equipping our people with the tools and confidence to have the right conversations, we’re making sure mental health and wellbeing are front and centre across our site.
