We are on the hunt for a razor-sharp Lead Document Controller who knows their version control from their register reconciliation — someone who’s cool under pressure, comfortable with digital document management systems, and ready to bring their admin A-game every day.
Clough in a joint venture with BMD, is delivering the Construction services for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift facility for the Northern Territory Government.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Document Controller to work within our Document Control team for this project.
The role can be based in Darwin, Brisbane or Perth - Monday to Friday. If based outside of Darwin, you will be required to travel to site on a regular basis – 3-4 days every 5-6 weeks. Please note this is not a FIFO role.

As Lead Document Controller, you will be responsible for Document Control deliverables and technical accuracy of project documentation and reporting. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost effective and fit for purpose Document Control services, compliant with company requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and proactive document control professional to step into a leadership role within a major infrastructure project.
If you have 5+ years’ experience working on major projects working within same or similar industry, then we want to hear from you.
