Your key responsiblities will include:

 

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of the project business investment within the approved investment criteria.

• Overall control and management of the scope of work to be completed, both though direct resources and/or subcontractors.

• Prepare the Business Establishment Plan including the project organisation and structure, contracting strategy and resource plans.

• Ensure an achievable program is set and maintained for the establishment of the business.

• Based on the approved budget for the project, authorise commitments and expenditures within authority levels, and control costs within budget limits.

• Ensure Quality Assurance, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability programs are established (and maintained) by all parties.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project.

What you will bring to the team:

• Tertiary qualifications - Degree in construction, engineering, project management, or a related discipline.

• Experience in successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.

• Proven leader, managing multiple project teams within a large infrastructure project/programme.

• Experienced in management of large, complex projects.

• Practised and diplomatic communicator, able to manage stakeholders, client and used to working within alliances and joint venture.
