Working as part of the HR Team, you will understand and manage end to end resourcing of our engineering, construction, health & safety and trade roles for our growing team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have been told you are resilient and a motivated employee. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Partner with Project and Hiring Managers to determine resourcing priorities for the region or project
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, JV partners and internal functions
  • Provide high level support and service to line managers and candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Implementation of effective candidate sourcing strategies and referral generation
  • Draft and post online advertisements using Workday, Broadbean and Career website and social media
  • Organise and conduct candidate interviews, background checks and ensure compliance as per recruitment and client specifications and guidelines
  • Collaborating with the broader Project HR and Administration teams to effectively manage the on-boarding of new employees.
  • Creating and maintaining a systemised talent pool within a ATS system and LinkedIn

What you will bring to the team: 

  • You will have experience working in a high volume internal recruitment role, construction and engineering industries is advantageous but not essential
  • Proven candidate search and attraction skills using various social media platforms i.e., LinkedIn, Seek Talent etc.
  • An ability to source talent & manage candidate databases effectively
  • Experience working with hiring managers to understand role requirements to draft position descriptions and write job advertisements.
  • Coordination of effective and compliant candidate selection processes including behavioural-based interviewing.
  • Strong communication, critical-thinking and collaboration skills
  • Experience using Workday is highly regarded 
  • You may be required to travel to site from time to time based on project need
