We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Woodman Point Team in Perth! In this role, your key focus will be your leadership, collaboration, and ability to optimize our supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the seamless flow of materials and execution of works from suppliers and subcontractors to customers.
Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.
This role will be based on site at Woodman Point and in our CBD office for the duration of the project.

Your focus will include:
Lead the project procurement team delivering, sourcing of various materials, equipment, services and subcontract packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services
Lead logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of the supply chain, analyze data, and drive actionable insights for improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures, while also promoting sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain
What you will bring to the team:
Specialist Degree in Engineering or in Supply Chain Management; MBA or equivalent experience
Proven track record of project deliveries and people management within energy, resource and construction materials industry
Knowledge and experience with contemporary procurement systems and MS Office complete suite
Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works with sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Sound understanding of local and international import / export legislation or requirements
Sound understanding of the Government Procurement Guidelines
Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong professional attitude to delivery high standards
