About the Project:

Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering Project Ceres (Perdaman) in Karratha.

Once complete, the Project Ceres Urea Plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, using some of the most sustainable production processes available. During construction, the project will create approximately 2,000 jobs while delivering long term career, training, and business opportunities across Western Australia.

We're looking for experienced Instrumentation Tube Fitters to join the Project Ceres team.

This isn't general tube fitting. We're after tradies with proven experience installing instrumentation tubing systems on major Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction projects.

If you know your way around impulse tubing, instrument hook-ups, Swagelok fittings and precision installations, you'll fit right in.

🔩 What you'll be doing:

• Install and assemble instrumentation tubing systems, including impulse lines, hook-ups, manifolds, valves and fittings
• Read and interpret P&IDs, instrumentation drawings and isometric drawings
• Measure, cut, bend and install stainless steel and alloy tubing
• Perform hydrostatic, pneumatic and leak testing
• Work collaboratively with Instrument Technicians, Pipe Fitters and Welding crews
• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining the highest safety standards
  
  

✅ What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as an Instrumentation Tube Fitter
• Experience on major Oil & Gas or industrial construction projects
• Experience with Swagelok, Parker or equivalent compression fitting systems
• Ability to read P&IDs, instrumentation drawings, and isometric drawings
• Trade qualification or recognised mechanical qualification (preferred)
• Working at Heights
• Confined Spaces
• Full Australian Working Rights
