Empowering parents and carers to rebuild their careers - We recently attended the Return Ready Job Fair for Parents and Carers, hosted by CEOs for Gender Equity at Fremantle Town Hall. 

This impactful event created space for parents and carers re-entering the workforce to connect with employers, explore flexible career options, and access tailored resources through masterclasses and workshops. 

It also gave our team valuable insights into the evolving needs of working parents, particularly the importance of flexible and part-time arrangements to support work-life balance.
