Strengthening capability in project risk management - Dejan Odobasa, Risk Manager at Webuild, recently visited the University of Melbourne to present on the vital role risk management plays in delivering complex infrastructure projects successfully.

This marks the fourth consecutive year we’ve been invited to share our expertise with students, a great opportunity to highlight the importance of proactive risk management and the role it plays in achieving strong project outcomes as a tier-one contractor.
