Strengthening collaboration and sharing knowledge - Our Australia Supply Chain Workshop recently brought together procurement, supply chain, materials, and plant & equipment leaders from across our Australian and New Zealand projects, alongside our corporate teams, for a day of collaboration in Sydney.
 
The workshop provided an opportunity to share insights, align on priorities, and strengthen the connections that help us deliver projects more efficiently across the region.
 
We were also pleased to welcome Mr Claudio Notarantonio and Mr Davide Guerra from the Webuild Head Office in Milan, whose participation reinforced the value of sharing global expertise and best practice across our business.
 
A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the workshop, and to Club Marconi for hosting the team.
