Terra Verde is a joint venture between Webuild, GS Engineering & Construction (E&C) Australia, and Bouygues Construction Australia.
The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources and expertise.
Terra Verde is delivering nearly 10 kilometres of parallel tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes at Glen Waverley and Burwood in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, as part of the Suburban Rail Loop Project.
This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria’s history, shaping Melbourne and Victoria for future generations.
About the opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator (Part-Time) to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our project office.
This role is based onsite three days per week, with Thursday and Friday required, and flexibility on the third working day.
Working three days per week and reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming workplace while providing administrative and operational support across the project.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering exposure to a major infrastructure project and the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of project teams.
