- 2–5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling work within a multidisciplinary workforce

Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and administer all preventive and reactive maintenance activities through the CMMS, ensuring effective work allocation and timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external departments to scope works, organise materials, and align access requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and company policies, including safety procedures, permits, JHAs, SWMS, and essential services servicing.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance staff and trades, promoting best‑practice methodologies and high performance.
- Conduct regular safety walks, manage breakdowns, and provide hands‑on support for minor tasks where required.
- Maintain equipment histories, manage critical spares, and monitor the effectiveness of maintenance activities and systems.
- Develop and track maintenance KPIs, contribute to reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives including root cause analysis.
