Driving change through leadership - We were proud to participate in CEOs for Gender Equity’s inaugural Leading with Gender Equity Program. Matteo Gadda, Director of Organization, L&D, DE&I, and Employer Branding, was part of the first cohort of leaders to complete this transformative program.
Over six weeks, participants explored how gender norms shape leadership, applied new strategies in their workplaces, and developed clear action plans for progress. Supported by senior sponsors, they demonstrated growth in listening, decision-making, and creating inclusive environments.
The participants gained important insights into:
- Understanding gender norms and their impact
- Building empathy and inclusive leadership skills
- Embedding equity into everyday processes
- Leading with authenticity and accountability
This inaugural cohort has set a strong foundation for fairer, more intentional workplaces. Expressions of interest for the next intake are now open.
