In recognition of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, and with the support of our community partner Orana House, we recently hosted a Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) awareness session.

Led by Jasmyn Hutin from Orana House, the session provided valuable insights into understanding FDV, recognizing signs that someone may be impacted, and accessing tools and resources to support themselves and others.

We have proudly partnered with Orana House since 2022. Together, we developed our comprehensive FDV Support Program, which includes education and awareness training, emergency assistance, paid FDV leave, flexible work arrangements, and holistic resources for employees when they need them most.
