The Construction Management Academy (CMA) program is tailored to foster the development of our construction management personnel. The EAP is a counselling and support service that you and your immediate family can access on a confidential basis to receive assistance for any number of issues impacting your wellness.

While Clough has core business hours, we promote flexibility by encouraging you and your manager to work together to define how best to balance your personal commitments and working hours. Options include part-time and other flexible working options, such as working from home, where practical.

As part of our three-year Graduate Program you will be given the opportunity to work on Clough’s exciting range of projects across Australia and Asia Pacific with the possibility of Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) and international roles.

In addition, you will be in your final year of study, graduating from the below fields/disciplines:
- Chemical/Process Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering

- Have attained or achieved a predicted average grade of 65%
- Be an Australian citizen or have the right to permanently work and remain in Australia
- Be prepared to travel to remote or international locations if required
- Be keen to develop a career within the construction industry
