Culture

Culture

“The Clough Way” is defined by our principles, and is the philosophy that drives Clough’s culture.

To achieve our goals, we continually invest in our people to ensure our culture is one that performs at the highest levels of productivity, and always delivers on what we promise.

At Clough, we have a deep history of innovation; we invest in both ideas and people and we are always challenging our way of thinking.

We are early adopters of innovation – often internally grown. We take on difficult jobs, in challenging environments, that others can’t. We have a real focus on clever or novel solutions and make use of smart technology. We have a real entrepreneurial spirit.

We are supported by strong systems and processes that produce consistently excellent outcomes for our safety, the environment, people and financial goals.

Diversity

We believe diversity brings a broader range of perspectives, knowledge, ideas and experiences which create value for us and our customers.

Our workforce consists of people from a wide range of cultures, backgrounds and skills. This diversity is what makes Clough a great place to work. We aim to attract, train and retain people who:

  • Live Clough’s principles as their own,
  • Are highly capable, and
  • Have a desire to actively contribute to the success of the business.

Our focus on gender and cultural inclusiveness is ongoing. We deliver gender equality and aim to close the gap between indigenous and non-indigenous communities through numerous initiatives.
