Clough is pleased to announce that Jamil Awaida has been appointed as Senior Commercial Director, APAC.
Jamil brings with him over 30 years of experience working in project delivery for global businesses in the mining, engineering, construction and oil and gas industries in both remote project and senior corporate roles across Australia, Africa, Europe, Middle East, North and South Africa, South East Asia and China.
In his previous roles, Jamil worked across all phases of the contracting cycle, driving strategic changes, developing business systems, leading integrations, and supporting and supervising mega projects.
Jamil is passionate about driving initiatives that allow him to share his knowledge and experience as well as learn from others by working with cross-discipline teams to analyse challenges and develop solutions for functional, operational and strategic performance improvements.
