Deliver a sustainable future with WA’s landmark urea project!  

 

Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project CERES urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.


We are currently searching for a HR Officer to join the Ceres HR Function. Reporting into the HR Manager, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness. This position is site based on a 19:9 rotation.

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify trends in HR data and present findings in legible format to management, offering actionable insights.
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of HR data across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend to welfare checks, when required, in the village.
  • Attend to letters/filing.
  • Attend to basic queries.
  • Attend pre-starts.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret HR data from various sources.
  • Work closely with HRBP, HR Director & HR Manager to cover all requirements.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements from project leadership.

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or a related field highly regarded.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the HR space, ideally within a construction environment.
  • Construction experience highly regarded.
